These classes are suitable for ALL fitness levels and ages. If you cannot join in on the live class at the time that its done, that's OK, its saved and you can do it later in the day or the following day or even week! Click below to see virtual class timetable.
Included in this package you will also receive access to 10 at home weekly workouts that you can do any time any where. These workouts are between 15 - 30 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels. The best part is, you will have access to every week all of the time (even old weeks from before you joined) so you can go back and re do one of your favorites!
