“Over the years I have tried many gyms and different training styles. My journey started when the Fitness group I was going to closed down through Covid and I was looking for another gym. I was looking around and decided to do a week trial at Body Confidence and well I never tried anywhere else. It felt like home after a week. Everyone was soo accommodating, friendly and encouraging. I love the variety of training going from cardio, HIIT, strength, boxing and Pilates. The classes are always fun and exciting and I love seeing the different levels of fitness and everyone improving every week. I love that it’s a small gym and it’s not intimidating like some of the big gyms. I love a good challenge so the monthly challenges always bring out my competitive side and make me work harder and strive to be better. The trainers are amazing. Always friendly, helpful, encouraging and they end up becoming friends and great role models. Overall Body Confidence has made me crave a healthier, happier lifestyle. I’m fitter, stronger and feel great after every session. Such a great place to start myday.”

"I have been a member of Body Confidence for 6 years, I started with Sammy when she was training in the park and I have been with her ever since, watching Body Confidence grow. I love the spirit of the gym and the community that it comes with. I know I can come along for a workout but also come and enjoy good conversations at the same time. I find If I've had a bad day and am not feeling my best, it's nice to just come in for a workout to a space where I feel comfortable, supported and happy, and I generally leave feeling much better. I have definitely improved over the years in both fitness and nutrition goals. Just this year, I hit a personal milestone by conquering an 80kg deadlift. Now, I've set a new goal—reaching the 100kg mark and mastering box jumps. I currently do 1 personal training session a week with Sammy and aim to get to 3 group classes. The trainers are amazing, they are all extremely friendly and they know when to push you but also know your limits.
If you're in search of a place to not only work out but also feel completely at ease, I wholeheartedly recommend Body Confidence. It's not just a gym; it's a supportive community where you can work on your fitness goals while feeling right at home."

"Winter provides me with so many excuses not to train… it’s cold, it’s dark, I’m too tired. But the honest truth is that getting up at 5am in winter is always cold and dark! So my hacks in this season are…. * In bed by 10pm (it is a school night!) * Gym gear ready beside my bed * Booking into classes on a Sunday * Adding the classes to our family schedule blackboard. Nothing fancy, no motivational pep talks. It’s just what I need to do to make my week run effectively like menu planning. When things get messy I remind myself that exercise (and more importantly exercise with a great crew) always makes me feel soooo good! Call BS on the excuses "😉
