A group class for kids aged between 6-16 who have an interest in learning kick boxing & self defence. These classes are a perfect way for your child to build confidence whilst having fun and staying healthy. Classes can vary in style from technique focused workouts, cardio and technical drills to strength and conditioning sessions. Learn all aspects of kickboxing from basic kicking, punching and kneeing techniques, to advanced tactics and strategies.
