Lower Body Planner
Are you struggling to get to the gym because of work restrictions, or maybe you have little one/s that keep you from getting to classes, or are you just looking for something extra to add on to your current training that targets you booty!? YES! Then this planner is for you.
It consists of 4 x weekly workouts over a 4 week period. The workouts will take you as little as 15-30 minutes to complete, and we all have this time to spare in the day somewhere so no excuses! However the best part about the program is that it has been designed to complete from ANYWHERE! Your home, on holiday, on the beach, in a park or in a gym.
The workouts are for all levels of fitness and range from high intensity fat burning workouts to low intensity Pilates workouts. You do not need any equipment, however if you would like to increase the intensity you can add in weights or resistance bands if you like.
